Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the Office Attendant position within Mubende District Local Government and Mubende Municipal Council. The role supports office operations, cleanliness, and general administrative assistance within government offices.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside offices.
- Assist in photocopying, filing, and document organization.
- Support setup of meeting rooms and office equipment.
- Ensure availability of basic office supplies when needed.
- Assist staff with routine non-technical tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of High School education.
Experience
- At least 12 months of relevant experience.
Other Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and attention to cleanliness and order.
