• Surveyors Registration Board Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of membership in relevant professional bodies
• Detailed CV (using official format):
  BoU CV Format
• Statutory declaration (if names or dates of birth differ across documents)
• Letter of equivalence from NCHE (for foreign qualifications)
