BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
The role focuses on directly linking marketing activities to revenue and profitability outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth and profitability targets
- Translating business objectives into actionable marketing and product plans
- Driving product profitability, new product development, and market penetration
- Managing and optimizing marketing budgets to ensure high return on investment (ROI)
- Tracking campaign performance and reporting on revenue contribution

JOB PROFILE
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification or CIM certification is an added advantage
Experience
- 8–10 years’ experience in marketing
- Preferably in banking or FMCG industries
