This role is a senior marketing and business performance position focused on driving revenue growth, customer experience, and brand leadership through data-driven marketing strategies, digital transformation, and strong team leadership.

BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

The role focuses on directly linking marketing activities to revenue and profitability outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Translating business objectives into actionable marketing and product plans
  • Driving product profitability, new product development, and market penetration
  • Managing and optimizing marketing budgets to ensure high return on investment (ROI)
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on revenue contribution
  • Driving digital adoption, product uptake, and cross-selling initiatives

JOB PROFILE

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification or CIM certification is an added advantage

Experience

  • 8–10 years’ experience in marketing
  • Preferably in banking or FMCG industries
