Program Structure

The rotational program is designed around the organization’s strategic pillars:

• Lead and Grow the Category
• Digitize and Monetize the Ecosystem
• Optimize the Business

Participants will undertake rotations in:

• Front-line Sales
• Front-line Supply Chain
• An additional business function based on organizational needs

Assignments may take place in various work environments including field offices, operational facilities, and production sites.

Eligibility Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

• No formal work experience required.
• Internship experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates may have a maximum of two (2) years of full-time work experience.

Language Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and conduct business conversations.
