The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a flagship leadership development initiative designed to identify, develop, and accelerate high-potential graduates into future business leaders.

Program Structure
The rotational program is designed around the organization’s strategic pillars:
- Lead and Grow the Category
- Digitize and Monetize the Ecosystem
- Optimize the Business
Participants will undertake rotations in:
- Front-line Sales
- Front-line Supply Chain
- An additional business function based on organizational needs
Assignments may take place in various work environments including field offices, operational facilities, and production sites.

Eligibility Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- No formal work experience required.
- Internship experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates may have a maximum of two (2) years of full-time work experience.
Language Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and conduct business conversations.
