Role Outline

The purpose of the role is to plan, co-ordinate, supervise, manage stocks and other warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm and process System orders by printing Pick sheets
  • Stock management and reporting
  • Verify Systems in bound and out bound orders
  • Stocks aging monitoring and reporting
  • Confirm and process warehouse receipts in the system
  • Ensures all discrepancies arising from receipts and dispatches are communicated to the respective stockholders, either by telephone or email.
  • Appropriately investigate and correct all receiving discrepancies and exception reports.
  • Active participation in stock take planning, preparation and physical count.
  • Maintain and keep zero harm in the warehouse

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business statistics, Supply Chain and Logistics mgt
  • Alteast 2 Years warehouse/logistics experience
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP/ WMS
