Brief description:

Overall purpose of the job

To supervise the cane yard activities and achieve the targeted cane crushing capacity during the shift.

Key Responsibilities.
Monitor the performance at the Under carrier and Under feeder tablescontinuously.

Check and confirm sugarcane is offloaded at the right places and that truck drivers comply with the arrangement.

Check and confirm the attendance and punctuality of the subordinatestaff.

Maintain subordinate staff discipline and attend to their complaints promptly
