Reports To: Chief Engineer

Job Purpose:
Provide leadership in planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and successful delivery of NHCC construction projects while ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Planning & Management.
• Registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years at a senior management level in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and implementation.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance.
• Provide technical guidance and project oversight.
• Manage project risks and stakeholder engagement.
