Job Purpose:
Manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Qualification in Project Planning & Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction activities.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate contractors and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections.
  • Prepare project reports.
