The program will provide exciting opportunities for young graduates and shape their career journeys in the fast-growing telecom and fintech sectors.
The opportunity
The 12 months intensive training program will expose the Graduate Trainees to;
- Contribute to solving real business challenges
- Mentoring from some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.
- Hands-on training in Telecom solutions development, Business operations and reporting
- Team building in cross-functional and diverse settings
Opportunities exist in Supply chain, Revenue Assurance, Information technology, Sales & Marketing, and Business analytics.Upon completion of the program, the Graduate Trainees will be appointed to specific roles within the organization, further on-the-job training and management development beyond the initial year.
