Role Outline
The purpose of the role is to plan, co-ordinate, supervise, manage stocks and other warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm and process System orders by printing Pick sheets
- Stock management and reporting
- Verify Systems in bound and out bound orders
- Stocks aging monitoring and reporting
- Confirm and process warehouse receipts in the system
- Ensures all discrepancies arising from receipts and dispatches are communicated to the respective stockholders, either by telephone or email.
- Appropriately investigate and correct all receiving discrepancies and exception reports.
- Active participation in stock take planning, preparation and physical count.
- Maintain and keep zero harm in the warehouse
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business statistics, Supply Chain and Logistics mgt
- Alteast 2 Years warehouse/logistics experience
- Knowledge and experience of SAP/ WMS
