Job Purpose:
Support ICT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and user support services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CISSP, or ITIL are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of ICT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ICT systems and networks.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware and software installations.
• Monitor cybersecurity controls.
• Support system upgrades and backups.
• Maintain ICT documentation.
