Department: Internal Audit
Reports To: Chief Internal Auditor

Job Purpose:
Lead internal audit functions and ensure effectiveness of risk management, governance, and internal control systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of audit experience.
• At least 3 years at Audit Manager level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual audit plans.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Review internal controls and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports.
• Follow up implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support corporate governance initiatives.
