Requirements
- • Computer skills in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project and internet applications
- • Ordinary Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Technical Institute
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular PPM of electro-mechanical plant equipment
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, providing technical support to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime
- Identify and verify spare parts and materials needed for maintenance and repair activities.
- Execute assigned tasks as per job cards provided, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Complete job cards upon finishing tasks and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
- Raise stores issue vouchers for required spares/materials, collect and distribute spares/materials from the store to the relevant work sites.
- Carry out installation and commissioning of new electro-mechanical equipment/plants
- Perform wiring and electrical fabrication of components as required for maintenance and repair tasks ensuring precision and quality in all wiring and electrical fabrication activities
- Work with other technicians and plant operators to achieve maintenance goals
- Undertake maintenance activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations promoting a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
